Day 296

Luke 16-18

Jesus speaks of prayer in a very mysterious way. He compares prayer to a woman crying out to a judge for justice. The judge becomes weary at her crying out and grants her the request. Jesus said we are to cry out to God and he will hear us and swiftly bring justice. So many people feel that prayer is a one time request to be answered. We need to persistently ask God for what we need. This is a mystery of mysteries.
