II Corinthians 1-5
Paul makes it abundantly clear that the sacrifice of Jesus has a profound impact on the current lives of believers and the future existence of believers. Jesus has brought us close while we stood far away. In chapter 5 Paul reflects on his own commitment to Christ in the ministry he is doing. In verse 15 Paul says “He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them.” May we all live with this kind of passion. No matter what line of work you are in or where you live, make sure that all you do is for the glory of the King!
